By accessing or using Equilibre One, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Equilibre One. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use Equilibre One for any unlawful purpose, harass or abuse other users, post harmful or illegal content, impersonate others, interfere with the platform's security features, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
Equilibre One uses Stripe to process payments for premium features, virtual gifts, and creator earnings. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Creator earnings are subject to our revenue share and minimum payout thresholds.
Users who host live streams are responsible for the content they broadcast. All live content must comply with community guidelines and applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove a live stream and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no online service is completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide data at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equilibre One and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Equilibre One operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
